Muri is our first jack Russell terrier, and he's been such a joy to have on the farm! As a jack Russell, he's really a big dog in a little dog package. He runs the pack, and doesn't hesitate to let anyone know when he's not happy about something. He's very driven, and won't quit when something gets his attention. As a jack Russell, Muri has a high prey drive, and has proven himself very valuable as vermin control. He is still young and honing his skills, but he's done very well as a young dog. When he isn't hunting, he's digging holes and playing in the pool.

Buzz is an AKC registered Anatolian shepherd. He comes from Mythos Anatolians in Michigan, and has been an asset to our farm. As our first Anatolian, a breed that is not for the faint of heart, he's been perfect. He's everything he needs to be, but easy to work with, laid back, and mellow. He has integrated well, and is learning and accepting his job. Buzz's primary job is livestock guardian, meaning he'll keep our goats safe from predators. We chose the Anatolian shepherd due to the shorter coat, which will be better for our hot environment, and their temperament as independent thinking, strong-willed dogs. Although his job is livestock guardian, we have still put a lot of time into training and socializing him. Although Buzz went through a challenging stage during puberty, he's mellowed out again as he approaches two years of age. We're continuing his training and socializing, and plan to start showing him in the future. .
Kelpie is an AKC registered Anatolian shepherd. He comes from Mythos Anatolians in Michigan, and is developing into great backup for Buzz. She's very playful, energetic, and mischevious. She's able to keep up with Buzz's rough and tumble play, while being serious when needed. As she matures, she'll keep our goats safe from predators. We chose the Anatolian shepherd due to the shorter coat, which will be better for our hot environment, and their temperament as independent thinking, strong-willed dogs. Like Buzz, we've put a lot of time into training and socializing him. We've started showing her in March 2024.
