Tidal has been very productive in the years we've had her. She produces a lot of milk over a long period of time, with her last lactation lasting over a year! Her teats are well spaced and long with large orifices, and a soft udder texture. This makes her a dream to milk by hand. Previously she's produced boys for me, but finally in 2021 she gave me a girl! In 2023 that girl freshened, and I'm pleased with her production so far. Time will tell if she takes after her mother. |

"Bomber" has shown promise in the babies she's produced. While she's not built perfectly, she does have some nice traits. She's been a good milker, though longer teats with bigger orifices would be ideal. She has a daughter who freshened for the first time this year and is showing great promise in production.

Sassy has produced one litter for us so far, but due to life matters we didn't milk her at the time. Her mother was very productive for us, so I have high hopes for Sassy and her offspring. Her half-sister is showing production promise in 2021, and we have plans to breed her daughter for the 2024 season.

Eva freshened for the first time in 2023. She's showing good promise as a first freshener, though her milk stand manners need improvement. We are hoping with continued training and experience she'll calm down for us! Her udder texture and teat length is good for hand milking, however the orifice needs to be bigger for quicker milking out. With eight girls in milk in the 2023 season, we purchased a milk machine which makes quick work of this task for us. |

Barba was purchased as a bred doe to help improve our genetics. She gave us quads in an unassisted kidding. She's been a very productive first freshener, with good teat placement and length for hand milking. Her stand manners started out rough, but with training and experience she's calmed down immensely and is now very easy to milk out daily. |

As a first freshener, Lucy has been very productive with impeccable stand manners. Her dam was one of my favorites, and Lucy was her last offspring born. Lucy's udder is soft and easy to work with by hand. While her teats could be longer, the orifice is large and milks out quickly. Lucy was not part of our linear appraisal in 2023, due to not being registered with ADGA, but will hopefully be part of our next linear appraisal once we can double-register her.

"Bambi" is a first freshener in 2023, and showing great potential as a milker. She produced quads unassisted, though two were stillborn. Her udder is soft and easy to work with, and her teat length and orifice is very easy to milk out quickly by hand. While Bambi is a little more nervous in temperament, she's been very easy to work with on the stand. I'm excited to see how she does in the future! |
